Final Author Instructions

1. MANDATORY: You must pay for conference registration BEFORE you will be allowed to upload your final paper. You will need your registration code in order to proceed.

3. Final submission is REQUIRED.
4. Read the Author Information page to ensure that your submission meets the guidelines.
5. Prepare your submission in PDF format using our templates
6. MANDATORY: Make sure your PDF file meets IEEE Xplore compliance by following the instructions on the PDF Express page.
7. Log in using the same username and password you created during your initial submission. You may then edit your submission information (paper title, author list, etc) and/or resubmit your paper.

Please Note: If you chose to submit your paper via Sensors Letters (Option B), then please follow the instructions to submit your final paper via your acceptance email.

IEEE takes the protection of intellectual property seriously. Accordingly, all submissions will be screened for plagiarism. By submitting your work you agree to allow IEEE to screen your work.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.

• Note: for an accepted paper to be presented and, following presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Xplore at least one author must be registered.
• Each paper must be covered by a full IEEE member or Non-Member registration fee.
• Student Registration fees do not cover paper publication/presentation.
• Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference.
• Each full registration fee can cover up to 2 papers
